Description
SOLSENCE 10 contains Solifenacin Succinate Tablets IP 10 mg , a selective muscarinic receptor antagonist (anticholinergic) indicated for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) syndrome. It works by blocking M3 muscarinic receptors in the detrusor muscle of the bladder, reducing involuntary bladder contractions and resulting in relieving symptoms of urgency, urge incontinence, and urinary frequency. The 10 mg strength is typically prescribed when the initial 5 mg dose does not provide adequate symptom control.
