Description

ABDOTIC ET Tablets – Dual Action for Superior Bleed Control

ABDOTIC ET Tablets – Tranexamic Acid & Etamsylate Tablets combination is an antihemorrhagic medication that is primarily used to manage menorrhagia and excessive bleeding during menstruation.
Tranexamic Acid is an anti-fibrinolytic agent that inhibits plasminogen activation to plasmin, the enzyme responsible for fibrin degradation. This mechanism stabilises blood clots and effectively prevents excessive bleeding.
Etamsylate is a hemostatic agent that enhances platelet aggregation and strengthens capillary walls. It also reduces capillary bleeding without affecting clotting factors, reduces blood loss, and improves clot stability.

Key Benefits of Tranexamic Acid & Etamsylate Tablets – ABDOTIC ET Tablets
✅Dual Hemostatic Therapy: Tranexamic Acid prevents clot breakdown, while Etamsylate strengthens blood vessels and enhances platelet aggregation.
✅Rapid Bleeding Control in Emergency Conditions: Helps manage post-surgical, trauma-induced, or internal bleeding and uterine bleeding efficiently.
✅Effective in Gynaecological Issues: Reduces excessive or prolonged menstrual flow, menorrhagia, and dysmenorrhea.

Recommended by specialists:

👨‍⚕️Gynecologists: For the management of postpartum haemorrhage (PPH), to control heavy menstrual bleeding in emergency settings, and during cesarean section or other gynaecological surgeries to reduce blood loss.
