Description

GELSCON Suspension (200ML) – Fast Relief. Protective Shield. Lasting Comfort.

GELSCON Suspension (200ML) – The triple combination of Sodium Alginate Sodium Bicarbonate & Calcium Carbonate Oral Suspension is used in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, heartburn, acidity, indigestion, and gastrointestinal distress.
Calcium carbonate is an antacid that works by decreasing the amount of acid in the stomach.
Sodium alginate forms a viscous gel by reacting with stomach acid. This gel floats on the surface of stomach contents and acts as a blockade to reduce reflux.
Sodium bicarbonate is also an antacid and has an alkaline pH, which helps neutralise the acidic pH in the stomach.

Key Benefits of Sodium Alginate + Sodium Bicarbonate + Calcium Carbonate – GELSCON Suspension (200ML)
Dual Action Formula: Combines acid neutralization (bicarbonate + calcium carbonate) with mechanical protection (sodium alginate) for superior efficacy.
Rapid Symptom Relief: With neutralizing stomach acid and soothing heartburn quickly.
Minimal Side Effects: Well-tolerated with a low risk of common antacid side effects like diarrhea or constipation.
